SUMMARY:Finding Flow: An Improvisation Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This Collaborative Workshop introduces improvisational exercises through sound and movement designed to incorporate deep listening and awareness across creative disciplines. Local artist and dancer Callie Ritter and Surel’s Place Artist-in-Residence\, Daren Kendall\, will demonstrate and lead in a series of structured sound and movement techniques designed to develop physical and spatial awareness while building trust and communication in creative practice. This workshop invites you to explore how flow states can be cultivated in conversation with the environment and others to enrich and support your artistic process.
