Cooperation I

Nikki Russo is a multidisciplinary artist focusing on painting, photography, and multimedia. During her residency, Ms. Russo created several oil paintings using photographs that she has taken over the years, mostly in Idaho and California. She assigned words to these source material photos that express a feeling which she then translated in color and texture in the paintings.
