Spend just a few minutes in our district and you’ll quickly see we are under development. This single family house at 210 E. 35th Street is to be demolished soon, but the owners made it available to create something special for Flipside before it goes. We have five installation artists who were given keys to the house and set loose with no rules! The artists are district artist Jennifer Bell, Surel’s Place Studio Artist David Beams, Joseph Haskin, Stephanie Inman, Rachel Machovec, and former Studio AIR and GreenBox installation artist Hallie Maxwell.
